Is there a way to force/push a form to users?

Hi!
I want a certain form to appear on each of my users' Outlook.
Is there a way like "Group Policy" or login script, to do so?
Or, putting it within "Organization forms" is enough?
TIA for any assistance...

A custom form published to Org Forms will be available to every user who has
access to the Org Forms Library. It won't be the default and would be
selected using Tools, Forms, Choose a Form.

Thanks Ken!!
While publish the form by putting it there (Org Forms Library), users can
open and fill it, but while opening it on receiver Outlook client, it shows
only a blank message.
Designed form body is missing.
Wat's wrong?

OK!!!
I think I found the problem.
While sending the form to some non-Exchange address, it arrives blank.
Only filling and reading it through "pure" Exchange accounts, shows it
perfect.
Is there a way to pass it perfectly through Unixs' email systems?

Sending custom forms over the Internet can be done but doing it successfully
depends on lots of factors, some out of your control. In addition the end
recipient must also be running Outlook and have your custom form published
in their Outlook.
