If you're using the MS Office dictation package you're somewhat limited. There's a list in Word 2003 help under the topic
"Things you can do and say with speech recognition"
Some of the 3rd party products such as Dragon Naturally Speaking ( http://nuance.com )
have more tools and capabilities.
