Is there a way to import existing outlook contacts into the Busin.

I have all my business contacts in Contacts in Outlook. Is there a way to
transfer that information into the business coctact manager?

Yes.

Go to your Outlook Contacts folder. Select the the contacts you would
like to manage in BCM. Move those (drag-and-drop) to the BCM Business
Contacts folder.
