I have added a custom field to our Accounts that is titled "Relationship". I
can do a filter to find all the Accounts of a certain "Relationship", but I
cannot use the search tool to find data in that field.
My guess is that the custom field is not indexed with the SQL server. So, is
there a way to add this field to what is indexed inside the Outlook Business
Contact Manager.
Also, I would love to be able to add our custom field to the Advanced
Search panel that rolls out under the quick search in Accounts, but there is
again no option for it. The "Add Criteria" option only gives a limited list
of items which are indexed. My guess is that if I can get the custom field
indexed, then it should show up in this list too. Is that correct?
Thanks for your help!
