is there a way to make a column automatically rotate to the next c

I am working on a way to keep track of daily hours for 7 days, and when I add
new hours in on day 1, I want the hours in that cell to rotate to day 2 and
day 2 to day 3 etc up to day 7 and then day 7 to drop off. is there a way to
do this? I have a cell above each column that has the current day in day 1
and the day before date in day 2 etc. and when I open the workbook each new
day they date will change according, that part works, but I want the hours
below the dates to remain with the dates as it changes. hope this makes
sense I'd be more than happy to send a copy of what I have so far so
someone can get a better idea of what I am wanting it to do if that would
help make things clearer.
