Is there a way to print/output/save/export a form to Excel or Word?

We have a form in an Access 97 database that our "Forms Administrator" wants to add to our Intranet as either a excel or word document. It's a complex form and would take some time to recreate from scratch.

When I try to output/export to excel it only exports the data not the form layout. We only need the layout.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
