I have a problem that I desperately need help with. Several people in my
Office have a weekly meeting using a specific conference line and we are
having trouble with people in our other offices, signing into our conference
line while we are still using it. My question is: is there a way to reserve
a conference call line using “Outlook†when we schedule this re-occurring
meeting? Can we possibly set up a “dummy account†for the conference line?
Does anyone have any other ideas? My Office is stumped and we’d be very
grateful for your help. Thanks.
