Is there a way to resize my pictures without changing the pixels?

I recently purchased a computer with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. I have
some pictures online that I have saved onto my computer and collected into
groups in this program. However, when the pictures saved, they were small,
and when I try to run the slide show, the pictures are very small and hardly
recognizable. But when I try to resize them, the pixels get out of whack and
the pictures become very blurry. Is there a way that I can enlarge the size
of the picture without changing the pixels??

You can't increase the size of a low resolution image without risk of
pixelization.
