Hi Bill,
Assuming you have a PDF product: Choose File, Print and in the Print dialog
box, select the PDF printer (for example Adobe Distiller if you are using
Adobe).

There is no built in way of saving it to PDF. However, there is a
software call ACROPDF that allow you to print to a virtual printer which
generate the PDF.
Check out PDFCreator. It is an open source program available from
SourceForge. Googling it up should find a download link. Works from any
Windows program that prints
or use pdf995 (www.pdf995.com) .. .shareware program - get popups or pay
$9.95US to register the program
