With Project Pro 2003 + Project Server 2003, is there a way to see all tasks
for all projects on a single calendar in Outlook?

Let's say that I have 50 projects going. I would like a way to have all
tasks for all 50 projects show in a single calendar that resides in a public
folder on my Exchange 2003 server.

Not to my knowledge. Anything you try is going to be a kludge at best.
Project Server exists precisely to solve the problems of publishing
project data such as it seems you're trying to do. You could create a
consolidated Gantt chart including all the projects, print the views you
want to share with others as a PDF file, and put that in a shared
document folder on the Exchange server if you like but the link to
Outlook is there so that a particular individual can add his task
assignments to his to-do list folder.
