Is there a way to see what tasks I accomplished 2 weeks ago?

I would like to be able to click on my calendar and see a list of tasks that
I completed for that day or days in the past - Is there a way to do that?
I've used other programs such as Time & Chaos and GroupWise - it's a nice
feature that you can track your work. From what I can see in Outlook it just
gives a lengthy list of tasks but not by date.

You can add date fields to the view. In a table view, right-click on the column headings and choose Field Chooser. Drag fields from the Field Chooser to the column headings
