Well...

Umm...

You don't actually have people in your inbox, you have emails.

Why don't we start from scratch. Use the big area here to explicitly
explain what it is you're trying to, including what version of Outlook
you're using.

you could create a contact list from all e-mail addresses that you have in
your inbox with this tool:

Public Mail 2 Contact is a freeware addin for Outlook It generates Outlook
contacts from existing e-mails and verifies whether the e-mail-address does
already exist as contact in Outlook.

Then you can send an E-Mail to all this contacts.
