Is there a way to set up a Cc to myself everytime I email?

I would like a Cc to myself with every email I send. Is there a way to set
this up?

Dear Margo,

you can create a Rule (Tools/Rules Assistent)

"After sending an email, copy this email to a "person/distribition list"
(CC)."

Select your own email address for the "Person/distribution list".
