Is there a way to tell if people have been Bcc: on an e-mail?

I am wondering if there is a way to tell if someone has been blind copied on
an e-mail and if so how and can you see exactly who?

Double-click the message in the Sent Items folder to view it in its own
windows. If you used the Bcc header the it will show up in the header
pane.

Not if you're the recipient. That's the purpose of the Bcc: field. If you
could do that, it wouldn't be very "blind".
