Is there a workaround for importing an iaf file into office XP yet?

I was wondering if there was a workaround yet for importing an iaf file into
outlook in Office XP professional?

Help tells you to just do the import thing in the FILE menu and then specify
import e-mail account but it doesn't ask where to import from so that you
can specify the IAF file itself, it merely stops working immediately you
press NEXT. It tells you that it cant find any programs from which to import
any file I am used to exporting from OE to an iaf file and then importing
that file (this is probably why I forgot all the settings in it years ago)

(I cant seem to find outlook express in XP Pro)
