Is there an add-in to view .odt file?

Looking for add-in to download for Word to view .odt (Open Office) file. I
saw somewhere that I need the Word with Open XML/ODF Translator Add-In, but I
am unable to find this. Any ideas?

It's a MS sponsored, but not MS provided converter.

with the download links on
