Is there an easy way to create Dist List from Company names?

If I want to create a distribution list for all people at a Company, is there
an easier way to do it than having to locate each person in my Contacts list,
and add them individually? I would think that as powerful as Outlook is,
there would be a way to view Contacts sorted by Company name, click on the
Company name and have an option to "Create distribution list" for all
Contacts listed at that Company. If there is a way to do this, I have not
been able to find it anywhere. Suggestions will be appreciated-thanks.

There's no way to do this largely because there's no need to.
Once you've created a grouping of your Contacts by assigning a Company
designation or by assigning a category, it is far better to group your
recipients that way than to create a DL. DL's don't work well and are not
reliable.

Thanks, that makes sense and is exactly what I was looking for!

A lot of people don't realize that Outlook has built most of its grouping
and sorting functions into the Contact Folder interface rather than the
Address Book interface.
All you need to do is use the By Company view, select the group, then
Actions > New Message to Contact....
