Is there an excel template for a master list of client teams?

I am looking for a spreadsheet template that could be used to list all of our
clients (left column), alongside which would be a list of the individual team
members assigned to that client (rows). It would be helpful to have some
additional features to manipulate the list (i.e. views that isolate certain
team members, etc.).

Any such template out there?
