Is there an Index for help?

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 (SP1). I've always found
the Index view of help much more helpful and easy to use than the search
view. However, I can't seem to find the index on 2003. Is there a check box
I have to click somewhere that enables the index?

I searched help for index, but that didn't get me anywhere. Is there a help
for help?

Sorry, there is no Help index in Office 2003 like there was in
earlier Office versions.

Is there any explanation from Microsoft why they removed that feature? It is
ridiculous to have to scan through a bunch of search results when you already
know what you're looking for. It's like getting rid of the address bar in a
web browser and saying you should always get to the page you want through a
search engine.

Why ask why. Many users miss the help index feature, and rumor
has it that Microsoft has heard you and will put it back in the
next version of Office due for release in the last half of 2006.
