Is there an SDK to read .one files

Hi.

Is there an SDK that could be used for reading the .one files? I can only
find the SimpleImport schema. I am specifically looking for a way to list
the <http:> and <file:> links in a page.

There is no API or object model for OneNote (other than the import API
introduced with SP1).
