Any Office 2007 Upgrade will follow Office 2003. Select the UPGRADE version of Office that has the features you're interested in. Me thinks you are asking if there is an upgrade that's free. The answer is, "No, you will have to purchase the Upgrade." The Upgrade version is cheaper than the Full Installation version. There are Office Compatibility tools that make it so your installation of Office '03 will open Office '07 files.
