Is there another way to uninstall outlook?

The add/remove programs in control panel says I cannot do it. It says "the
installation source for this product is not available. Verify the source
exists and that you can access it." Is there another way to repair or
uninstall outlook 2003 (from Office 2003 student and teacher edition on CD
with product key)
