Is there any way to change the available text highlighting colors

I want to use One Note as the basis for a seminar on succeeding in law
school. The problem is, I need to have (1) one more highlighter pen
available on the pen tools and (2) different (lighter) highlighting colors
available on the text highlighting menu.

Is there any way to do this??
