Hi Sathish,
MS Update (http://update.microsoft.com) does support both Windows and Office update services that can be setup to do automatic
notification and or installation of updates for Office XP and Office 2003.
You can also signup for the Office email newsletter from Microsoft to be notified when Office updates are released, although it
doesn't come out often.
