Is there any way to convert table from character graphics to normaltable Word?

There is the table made by from character graphics (sample of the
document: http://wordexpert.ru/wp-content/uploads/_0/temp_table.doc).
Is there any way to convert this pseudo-table to normal table (for
Word)?

You could use Edit>Replace to replace all of the vertical bars with ^t (a
tab stop), then delete the horizontal lines and make use of the convert
table to text.

Or better, use a Wildcard replace to replace

[ ]{1,}|[ ]{1,}

with the ^t and get rid of all of the superfluous spaces either side of the
vertical bar characters.

Another option:
Directly use "Table > Convert Text to table", and copy the vertical bar
character in as the separator ("Other: ..."). It should give you something
you can easily clean up.
Most of the line drawing characters end up in a column by themselves, and
can be easily deleted.

You can then clean up some empty rows.
Leading and trailing spaces are easily gotten rid of if you select the cells
(without the end-of-row-marker), center (Ctrl+E), then left-align (Ctrl+L).
