Is there any way to delete a background picture?

I have set a picture as a background, but am not able to access it to move it
around. Any ideas on how to get to it?

Right click the picture and select "Set Picture as Background" again - that
will uncheck the option, pull the picture off the background and allow you
to select and delete the picture.
