Is there any way to find unsaved or lost work?

I have this paper and its taken a lot of extra work and tweaks that i didnt
add to the rought draft (on paper) and i opened up a wrong windor and when i
exited out of the wrong window i acctdently exited out of my word doc. it
didnt ask me if i wanted to save and then the page was gone and now im
frantic and need to know if theres ANY OTHER WAY TO FIND IT. please help!

Did you try Search for the file name?

yes, and it turns out that sence there was no saved files to begin with there
is nothing to find. but thanks .
