Is there any way to make a collage with pictures I took?

I took a bunch of pictures of my daughter and wanted to make a picture
collage on 1 sheet so I can put that as a x-mas card.

I suspect you would be better using a dedicated photo-editing
program like Photoshop Elements or Printshop.
