Is there any way to merge a 2nd calendar back into the 1st?

My boss has 2 calendars in Outlook. He wants to know if there's a way to
merge them together so that all of the entries are combined into a single
calendar.

He will need to keep the default calendar if that is one of the two
calendars involved. As to the rest, simply set the source calendar to a
table view like "All Appointments" and then CTRL A to select them all
and then drag androp them on the target calendar.
