Is there anyway to accept Outlook Free/Busy Publishings using PHP?

Hello,


To configure Free/Busy Publishing, I went to Tools > Options >
Preferences Tab > Calendar Options Button > Advanced Options >
Free/Busy Options.


Currently, the checkbox next to Publish at my location is checked and
pointed to a test script on a local machine.


Outlook pings the machine, but I can't decipher the
publishing methodology.


Is there anyway to accept these publications
using a server written in PHP?
