Is there no way for a PM to force a check-in of their project?

I hate having to be called on nights and weekends to do something (as
administrator) that a project manager should be able to do for themselves if
it is just for their project. Is there a way for them to do this?

What got me to ask the question was seeing the global permission called
"Check-in My Projects" which is described in help as "This permission allows
the current user who has a project checked out to check it back in through
Project Web Access 2003." Trouble is to the best I can tell you need access
to the admin menu seems to require admin privs???

If you have given this permission to PMs, they will see it as a choice on the
left-side panel of Project Center.
