Is thier a Publisher Converter for 2000 to use 2003 Files

A co-worker has Publisher 2003 I have Publisher 2000 we share files on the
network but she always forgets to save to the older file format is their a
way i can get a converter for 2000 to use 2003 files

No - you'll have to teach your friend to remember a little better or is that

There is little point in using Publisher 2003 if the files are going to be
saved back to version 2000 files each time, as Publisher's export filter
does not do a terribly good job (and the import filter is by no means
perfect either)

I'd suggest both using the same version (or if your OS doesn't support
Publisher 2003, you could upgrade to Publisher 2002, can open 2003 files
natively with next to no formatting loss.
