Is this doable?

Hi,

I was thinking of using Sharepoint and infopath for our internet/intranet
company website. I was wondering is Sharepoint flexible enough that if I
create an asp.net app I can access it through Sharepoint? I want users to
login to our Sharepoint website via internet and then click on link to
asp.net app and do whatever they need to do. Is this possible? Is there
anything I should be aware of with these technologies as far as programming
issues?

Thanks,

JJ

You can specify that certain subdirectories on a SharePoint site are
not to be managed by SharePoint. So you can link from SharePoint pages
to non-SharePoint pages on a SharePoint server.

I have only done this on fairly simple scenarios so I don't know if
there are gotchas as things get more complex.
