I am not new to Access, but I am just getting into some of the more advanced
features.
I have a report based on a query that lists:
Job Name and Number
Lead Estimator
Bid Date
Bid Time
My problem is, I would like to merge 2 of the records together and only list
the unique data. For instance, right now my report looks like this:
Record #1 - Job Name: Anyplace HS HVAC Job #: 50000
Bid Date: 02/14/05 Bid Time: 3:00 PM
HVAC Lead Estimator: John Doe
Record #2 - Job Name: Anyplace HS Plumbing Job #: 50001
Bid Date: 02/14/05 Bid Time: 3:00 PM
Plumbing Lead Esimator: Jane Doe
Instead of listing each record separately, I would like the report to read:
Anyplace HS HVAC 50000
Anyplace HS Plumbing 50001
Bid Date: 02/14/05 3:00 PM
HVAC Lead Estimator: John Doe
Plumbing Lead Estimator: Jane Doe
I am not even sure if this is possible. Can anyone help?
