Ok I've got what i think is a tough question...
I create a contact list or in most cases am given a contact
list to update. and would like to be able to export the
info into entourage for each sheet. In most cases i have to
transfer it to word and hand format each contact. I am
wondering if there is an easier/quicker way. like visually
naming each record or programming a macro that is variable???

it is just a simple tabed list of info.
An example of what the sheet looks like:

Title Name number (office)
number (cell)

Large Name number (office)
Title

Title Name number (office)
Address
Address

-----
The problem is not all contacts are the same so however it
is done it needs to be a little flexible and i don't know
if that is possible. any ideas would be greatly appriciated.
