I have an employee evaluation form set up in my database. Once the form has
been started, I would like to limit access to view this form (or report) to
users in my management group, the manager that completed the form (not in the
management group) and the individual whose evaluation it is. example: I
should only be able to view my evaluation, along with members of the
management group and my direct supervisor.
I know how do hide things based on groups but What I need is a way for
access to get the username (which I've got already) and only allow that user
to access their evaluation or those of their subordinates (unless they are
members of the management group).
