I have forms in my database that I need to restrict viewing to. Example: An
employee evaluation form should only be viewable by those in management and
by the individual themselves. How can I stop one admin assistant from
viewing another's performance evaluation?

Second, I have several projects running thru the database, I've got the
filters set up on each form but I would like to find a way to block people in
project 072101 from seeing the data in project 052102. Are either of these
possible?
