Is that real difficult? Are there any good instructions / books on the
subject?

You'll have to write your own ASP.NET code to fill in the form on the web.

Yes, I want the main data source of the form to be an Access database, and
yes I want the form to be hosted on the W2K server.
However, I want internet users to be able to fill out the form through the
browser, even if they don't have Info Path and / or Outlook 2003.
I guess I'm wondering if that is possible.

I believe what you are describing is possible. Here are some questions:
1. You want the main data source of the form to be the Access database?
2. You want the Access database hosted on the W2K Server?
When you submit, you can have the form emailed. Outlook 2003 or later must
be installed and set as the default mail program for this to work.

I want to create forms using Infopath 2003.
I want to publish them on a Windows 2000 server with FP2002 extensions.
I want the results to go into an Access database and to be emailed to
someone.
Before I play around with it for hours and discover it can or can't be done,
I'd like to know.
Thanks!
