Can I set up security so that when a certain user comes into PWA that they
see all projects but only have write and save access to the ones that they
are the PM for.

Assuming you have not changed the default security settings for Groups and
Categories, do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Manage users and groups
3. Click the Groups link in the sidepane on the left
4. Select the Project Managers group and click Modify Group
5. In the Categories section of the page, select the My Organization
category
6. In the Permissions grid of the Categories section, set the following
permissions to Allow:

Open Project
See Projects in Project Center
See Projects in Project Views

7. Click the Save Changes button

Hope this helps.

ok, what I meant was can I do this in conjunction with the RBS code. I have
security based on the rbs code but it does not seem like I can use these 2
togehter. I want people to be able to see projects in pwa baed on the RBS.
But can I do it based on the RBS but allow some members to see all projects
and only edit ones they are pm on. Do I need to take these people out of the
rbs since they need to see all projects to avoid any conflicts. So hopefully
I am clear.

Given your situation, the easiest method would be to implement the steps I
detailed for you in my last post. This would allow every project manager to
open and save his/her own projects, but only be able to open the projects of
others in Read-Only mode. You do not need to change anything about your RBS
to do this. Hope this helps.
