Is this the program for me?

I work in an office with 6 people, and with so few
employees we are all running around doing different things
and are always wondering where we are on some project. Is
this a program where I can put an appointment in my
outlook and it update it to project so that when Tamara is
wondering where we are on Project A she can easily see
that I am meeting with the customer so that she now knows
that her step is next?

Hi,

You are trying to mix time management tools with project management tools.
Whilst there is an overlap, no software is that seamless.

You need a schedule for each project that is kept up to date and there for
everyone to see. If your projects get complex, then Project is great for
creating schedules and more. To begin with a schedule in Excel will be a
good start.
