Is Visio 2007 backward compatible with Visio 2003 and 2002?

v2007 can read/save v2003, you will need a copy of v2003 to read/save v2002.
Basic drawings should be ok.

no lot of 2007 features and Ad-ins are not backward compatible with Visio 2003. Suppose if you have developed some custome ad-ins for 2007 it will not work in Visio 2003
