Is Word contained in my OneNote 2003 166MG or is it useless by its

I'm sorry - maybe I am naive, lol but I always look fwd to the new software
when I buy a new computer! In the past it has always included a word
porcessor, database or spreadsheet, etc.
I just bought a Toshiba Sattelite A100 and thought I'd have Word - just like
I got Word 97 on my tired desktop 8 years ago or so.

Am I missing sumthing here? Or is there truly no word processor in my
software bundle!?!?

I dunno if I am providing enough enough for an educated answer - but I have
not been able to find any answers! Maybe you can help!?!?!?!?

Check with the specs of what was included when you bought the computer from
either a reseller or Toshiba directly. Usually they'll tell you up front
what's included, and it may have been up to you to specifically order it.

I wouldn't describe OneNote 2003 as useless. Have you tried using
it yet?

It is up to your hardware manufacturer to specify what software is
bundled. And, probably, up to you to check what you're getting before
purchasing.
