I've been using Outlook 2003 on an XP machine for probably 14 years for my two or three personal email accounts, of which the most important is [myname]@verizon.net, which is now hosted by AOL. On that and another important email account, my Outlook 2003 is set for POP3 with "Leave a copy of email on the server".
My .pst file is huge, but I want to save it and have it usable when I move everything to Outlook in MS 365 on a Win 10 Pro 64-bit machine.
1) So, what are best steps to "export" from the old Outlook2003/XP to the new Outlook365/Win 10 (or to "import" the old Outlook2003/XP to the new Outlook365/Win 10)? So all my old emails are available in the Outlook365/Win 10.
2) Also, ideally. I want the Inbox on the new Outlook365/Win 10 to be a "unified" Inbox (as I have on the old Outlook2003/XP) that shows all incoming email from my three email account in a single Inbox and remembers which account to use when I reply.
It's so easy to do this wrong. What are the steps to do this right?
Thanks.
