I have created a CommandbarButton in Outlook 2003 that will enable a user to
perform an action on a mail message. When it is a new mail message I disable
the CommandBarButton. Apparently, because Outlook uses Word as the email
editor this also effects a CommandBarButton in MS Word 2003, that should not
be disabled. This only happens when a new maiol message is sent. When the
user shutsdown Outlook and Word and then re-opens all is well.
I am developing with Visual C# 2003 and I am finding it impossible to
isolate Outllok and Word functionality. Has anyone experienced related
issues? Can anyone suggest a feasible solution?
Do I need to build seperate Addins for Outlook and Word?
