Isolate users can list parent folder

Hi everyone,

I have isolate users; they can access to their specified folder with no
issue however, they can list all folders within parent folder Is there any
way to deny them?? I tired to modify “everyone†on the parent folder but it
didn’t

Windows 2000 SP4
