How can I do, if I want to copy the fields "Field Name", "Data Type" and
"Description" from the Design View Of a table and paste in another
application for example Excel?

Just copy a record of data from the table while in datasheet view. Paste it
into an EXCEL worksheet. The field names will be in the first row that
appears in the sheet.
