Issue adding tasks under proposals and Activity - Project Server 2

I have recenly cleaned up all the tasks, Projects and Timesheet via "Delete
Enterprise Objects" interface. Now when I tried to add Tasks under Proposals
or activity, it throws an error below.

"Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating
non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

Can anyone help please?
