issue an update for Outlook 2002 for holidays post 2005

[Needing a holiday!]

Currently office 2002 can only be loaded with holidays (e.g. Christmas,
Easter etc) for 2001 - 2005.
Please issue an office update that includes the holidays for the 2006 and
beyond for the UK at least
