Issue and Risk link on home page

Hi Guys,

In order for you to see Risks and Issues on your PWA homepage you will need
to be assigned as a resource to a Project AND will need to be assigned to a
task within this project.

This is even then the case if you have access to the Project and workspace
by default.

my question is: Is there a smart way to display that a risk or issue has
been assigned to you on your PWA Homepage even though you are not assigned to
a task within this Project?
