Issue Caused by Windows Updates

Project 2002 failed to open projects this morning after applying
Windows Updates. The updates were:

- Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
(KB832894)
- Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (KB824145)
- October 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
(KB828750)

I noticed that Project was not patched. I applied SR2 and rebooted.
After that, the app worked properly.
